Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets

Cut, bend and fasten pieces of sheet metal

Drill holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets

Fasten seams or joints by welding, bolting, riveting or soldering

Assemble all parts to get the final product

Breakfast Attendant     

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $14.00 - $15.00/hour     Hours: 25-40 Hours

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for the daily set up of all breakfast and beverage stations. S/he will be ensuring they have prepared all food and beverage items prior to guests arriving for breakfast.

This includes hot breakfast (eggs, sausages), all other breakfast items in trays and holders, along with having stations fully stocked

Responsible for preparing, replenishing and presenting of all breakfast items served to guests

Daily set up, and cleaning of the daily breakfast buffet, and coffee area

Keep the breakfast room and kitchen clean at all times; this includes refrigerators, oven, fan, sink, and all utensils must be kept clean

Responsible for closing duties which includes but not limited to cleaning dishes, taking out garbage, replenish coffee area near lobby, clearing kitchen area and returning items/products to storage areas

Food deliveries will also need to be stocked into designated areas

Breakfast attendant must tend to guests while restocking, occasionally serving, clearing dishes, and providing excellent customer service

Job Requirements

Breakfast attendant must also possess Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Breakfast attendant must be able to bend, stand, and lift up to 40lbs.

Must be able to work early mornings beginning at 5:30am

Position Summary:

Working on a diverse number of automated and semi-automated packaging lines

Core Functions:

Working on a diverse number of automated and semi-automated packaging lines, you may be expected to operate a variety of packaging machinery, such as ammonia cooled scraped surface heat exchangers, fillers, formers, closers, labelers, and case packers. Other tasks may include manual palletizing, tote-filling, and tote-washing.
