IT Systems Administrator

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Profile / Duties / Responsibilities:

The IT Systems Administrator is part of a team responsible for the day-to-day administration, operation, and support of the company’s Active Directory, Windows Server 2008R2, and Google Apps services environment. Operates and helps to improve the efficiency of the Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server environment distributed across several sites in Canada. Includes operational maintenance as well as direct technical support of all servers, workstations and mobile computing assets of the company. Works closely with IT and Operations leadership to effect migrations, upgrades and improvements to IT systems. Provides feedback and reports on operating conditions, and works to identify security vulnerabilities.

Technical Support of servers, workstations and mobile assets

Management and support of Active Directory user accounts and credentials

Management and support of Google Apps user accounts and credentials

Operating system support, patching of Windows Server 2008R2

Limited maintenance, support, patching of Linux servers

Execution and maintenance of Active Directory Group Policy

Execution and maintenance of all back-up and disaster recovery policies

Maintenance of physical networking assets (wired and wireless networks)

Maintenance of communication systems (VoIP and analog PBX)

Perform audits using AD toolkit and tools provided to identify security vulnerabilities

Participate in training and demonstrations of new systems to staff 10% travel to sites across the GTA

Bookkeeper

Location: Toronto, ON

Accounting Representative

This position provides accounting services to 2-3 Long Term Care facilities in the north end of the GTA. The successful candidate must possess the ability to work independently and on site of the different facilities.

Claims Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

The key focus of this position is to provide immediate and customer-focused assistance to policy holders who are reporting insurance claims. The CSR must document initial loss details and activities to ensure that the caller experiences timely and service-oriented disposition of calls.

Intake, setup and triage claims via email, fax, web submission, and telephone

Ensure claims are setup up accurately as per account instructions

Review ECS call report and ensure call has terminated properly and forward accurate and complete call reports as required

Triage property loss in accordance with severity scale

Arrange for contractor and vendor assignments

Post-secondary education

Private In-home Music Teacher

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Attend each scheduled music lesson prepared and on time. Lessons occur once per week, per student for 1 hour

Teachers can dictate their own hours and work as few as 5 hours a week with 5 students up to part-time hours, 15-20 hours per week

Seasonal Railway Car Worker

Location: Oakville and Brampton, ON

Railway Car Labourers needed for the Oakville - Ford Yard and the Brampton - Chrysler Yard for a Full-time seasonal contract position prepping, cleaning empty railway cars so NEW vehicles can be loaded for transportation.

Other duties include assisting in general yard maintenance over the winter season.

This is a contract position running from the end of November 2018 through to the end of March 2019.

This position pays $19/hr or $760 per week for 40 hours per week.

Mostly DAY Shift and some AFTERNOON and NIGHT shifts available - Overtime available depending on location and workload.

Must be physically fit and able to work outside during the winter months
