Job Profile / Duties / Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Web Content Co-ordinator to join the Toronto Partner Development team. You will be responsible to ensure product information for Sunwing, Signature Vacations and other Sunwing Travel Group brands is accurate, persuasive, and always up-to-date.
As part of the Partner Development Department, you will create and maintain Hotel Product pages by inputting product information into the content/product information management system. You will assist the Director/Manager in the overall management of hotel destination pages and will ensure the pages are up to date. With a passion for giving customers a great experience, you create and maintain Excursion pages per destination. As a skilled Web Content Co-ordinator, you are flexible to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently or as a team. You are capable to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Assist the Director/Manager in the overall management of hotel destination Pages
With the direction from the Product Team, you will oversee the assigned Hotel within the destination’s destination, data migration and maintenance of product information for Sunwing, Signature Vacations and other Sunwing Travel Group brands
Ensure that the data being inputted is accurate, always up-to-date, consumer-facing and consumer-appropriate
Create and maintain product pages by inputting product information into the content/product information management system
Create and maintain Excursion pages per destination
Co-ordinate with Product Specialists (Gather necessary information from inhouse contracting system) to ensure the latest hotel factsheets and product information is retrieved and maintained, and respond to product inquiries
Practise outstanding organization and prioritizing skills in order to:
Stay on top of new and existing product pages that need to be updated
Be mindful of pending product pages that require additional information
Follow up with resources to retrieve required information in a timely fashion
Review daily Reports to ensure data is up to date in your respective destinations
Ensure standardization guidelines for content are adhered to
Launching new Product, ensure web is up and running
Web Alerts ensure that these are displaying accordingly on Web per internal notifications
Monitor/Audit WEB on a regular basis per destination
Manage inquiries from Sales Centre
Gain an in-depth understanding of the destination as a whole

Job Requirements
You are a commercial-minded Web Content Co-ordinator and you recognize the type of information that best attracts consumers.
1 – 2 years of work experience, with Business Admin, Travel and Tourism or other related studies
Must be organized, practice effective time management and understand when a strong sense of urgency is required
